I grew up in Rhea County, Tennessee, calling Dayton my home until I left for college at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and entered the business world to explore my passion for leading and helping others. Growing up as the daughter of a small business owner, I saw firsthand how our local small businesses did so much to support our community, and I often dreamed of owning my own business and serving my community in that same way. Having the opportunity to open a State Farm agency in my hometown is a true honor and I am humbled by the outpouring of love and support we continue to receive.

My husband and I have four kids, Brody, Anna Sophia, Kenney and Copper. We love to stay active in our community and enjoy the beautiful lakes and trails that surround us! When we’re not working, you can find us at the local gyms and ball fields cheering on our kids, on an adventure enjoying the outdoors (preferably in an extreme way!), trying our hand at mini farming, or at the gym pretending to be crossfitters.

The Candi Harris Team works closely with the Dayton Chamber, Spring City Chamber, Main Street Dayton, and other local charities and organizations. Currently, I serve as an Ambassador for the Dayton Chamber of Commerce, as President of the PTO for Dayton City School, as a volunteer for the Tennessee Strawberry Festival Committee, and as a board member for the Imagination Library of Rhea County and the Spring City Tourism and Events Commission.
